Memorial Event for Satoru Misawa April 21-22, 2014

Our great leader Misawa Satoru, the former DPI-Japan chairperson, passed away on September 30, 2013. The farewell gathering for him will be held as following;

10:00 – 14:00 Parade (from Japan Bar Association Building to Ginza)
“CRPD Ratification: A Society for all of Us!”
Disability movement in Japan is currently facing a new stage after CRPD ratification. This event will take place for the remembrance of Misawa, who had made effort to take over the role of our movement to new generation.
